Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) is a well-known food supplement, water purifier and natural antibiotic, made from whole sweet apples, rich in minerals and trace elements. It is as much a remedy as a food supplement. Since early times ACV has been known as "mother natures perfect food".

ACV contains acetic acid; an undissociated weak organic acid that acts by disrupting the energy, sustenance and transport systems of aggressive bacteria and microorganisms. What is the nature of the "mother"?

Mother forms naturally from pectin and apple residues, it appears as molecules of protein connected in strand like chains. As the ACV ages this may become visible to the naked eye as a cobweb like substance.

Since the Apple Cider Vinegar is unpasturised is it protected from E.coli?

ACV does not carry the E.coli bacteria, as the acidity in the vinegar is effective in killing the 0-157 strains.

Does it need to be refrigerated?

It does not need to be refrigerated. We recommend you keep it out of direct sunlight in a cool location.

What is the shelf life?

ACV has a required official shelf life of 3 5 years. Use within 12 months of opening the bottle.

ACV can be given daily in feed, mixer wagon, diluted as a drench or put in a container for ad-lib feeding, diluted 50/50 with water. Do not use a metal container (stainless steel is fine) as the ACV will corrode them.

How Do Probiotics Work?

1- 2 caps up to 3 times daily, diluted in hot water.

Add a dash of Lemon or Lime Juice.

Add up to a teaspoon of natural honey, to add a touch of sweetness.
